About this film

In 1971, Ton Wiggers founded the ballet company Introdans in Arnhem. In honor of this golden anniversary and his farewell after 50 years, I followed him during his last year as director. What characterizes the person who has wanted to make dance accessible to as many people as possible for 50 years? The documentary Towards the Future tells the story of an enthusiastic, tenacious pioneer.
